摘要
目的探讨内镜下逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)后并发急性胰腺炎的相关影响因素。方法回顾性分析246例经ERCP诊治的胆胰疾病患者发生ERCP后胰腺炎(PEP)情况,并根据是否发生PEP分成2组,比较2组患者临床资料的差异。结果本研究ERCP成功率为94.72%,PEP发生率为9.76%;PEP组与非PEP组患者在年龄、胰腺炎病史、胰管显影、导丝多次进胰管、EST方面存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论年纪轻、胰腺炎病史、胰管显影、导丝多次进胰管、EST是ERCP术后并发急性胰腺炎的重要影响因素。
Obj ective To explore the related influencing factors of acute pancreatitis after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography （ERCP）.Methods Clinical materials of 246 pa-tients with PEP after ERCP were analyzed retrospectively,and they were divided into two groups according to occurrence of PEP.Results The success rate of ERCP was 94.72%,and the inci-dence rate of PEP was 9.76%.In PEP group and non-PEP group,there were significant differ-ences of age,history of pancreatitis,pancreatic duct,frequency of pancreatic duct into the guide wire and EST （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Young age,a history of pancreatitis,pancreatic duct,fre-quency of pancreatic duct into the guide wire and EST are important influencing factors for occur-rence of acute pancreatitis after ERCP.
