miRNA在乳腺癌耐药中的作用及其相关机制的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤。在我国乳腺癌的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,严重威胁到女性的身心健康。随着对乳腺癌研究的不断深入,乳腺癌的治疗已经进入了综合治疗时代,而药物治疗在乳腺癌综合治疗中占有重要地位。然而,乳腺癌易出现耐药性是个不争的事实,同时乳腺癌的耐药是导致乳腺癌临床治疗失败的主要原因之一。
