稳定性心绞痛与不稳定性心绞痛患者CT冠状动脉成像临床应用分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨稳定性心绞痛(SAP)与不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)患者CT冠脉成像(CTA)的临床特点。方法对38例SAP和38例UAP患者进行冠脉CTA检查,比较其冠脉情况,对罪犯血管特征进行比较。结果 SAP与UAP患者斑块数量差异无显著性(P>0.05),UAP患者非钙化性斑块、混合性斑块发生率较高(P<0.01)。SAP组钙化斑块发生率高于UAP组(P<0.01)。结论斑块类型可能在SAP与UAP发生机制上发挥更重要的作用。
