Objective Investigate on difference between CD8+CD25+,CD4+CD25+,B lymphocyte,NK cell and NKT cell counts of AIDs patients and health people to study status of immune function in AIDs patients further. Methods Divide study subjects into two groups:group of AIDs patient and health people.Perform detection of CD8+CD25+,CD4+CD25+,B lymphocyte,NK cell and NKT cell counts respectively. Results Compared with that in group of health people,CD8+CD25+,CD4+CD25+ counts of AIDs patients increase significantly(P0.05),B lymphocyte,NK cell counts of AIDs patients decrease(P0.05),and there is no significant difference in NKT cell counts between AIDs patients and health people. Conclusion There is significant increase in CD8+CD25+,CD4+CD25+ counts in AIDs patients, and significant decrease in B lymphocyte,NK cell counts in AIDs patients, and it is no significant difference in NKT cell counts between AIDs patients and health people.
