摘要
微小RNA(miRNA)是一类进化保守、长度为19~25 nt的短序列非编码单链小RNA分子,它的发现揭示了一种新的基因表达调控方式。它们通过抑制靶信使RNA(mRNA)的翻译特异性调节基因的表达水平。近年来研究已发现miRNA在正常组织与胃癌组织中的表达显著不同,其作用于胃癌形成的多条信号通路,与胃癌的发生、进展、转移、诊断、耐药性、治疗等密切相关。随着研究的深入,胃癌的发病机制将获进一步得到阐明,胃癌的诊断和治疗也将获益。
MicroRNAs constitute an evolutionarily conserved class of small non-coding single strand RNAs which have only 21-25 nucleotides. They regulate gene expression by inhibiting the translation of target mRNA. Current studies show that miRNA can directly involve in the formation and development of gastric carcinoma. Here is to make a review of the recent research progresses about the role of miRNAs in tumorigenesis,invasion, metastasis, diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer. Along with the deepening of the research, the pathogenesis of gastric cancer will be further elucidated, from which the diagnosis and treatment will benefit as well
