MicroRNAs Involved in Metastasis of Gastric Cancer

摘要 转移是恶性肿瘤基本的生物学特征,胃癌转移是导致胃癌患者死亡的主要原因.诸多研究表明,微小RNA在胃癌转移过程中起着重要作用.本文总结了有关抑制和促进胃癌转移微小RNA的研究新进展,并从影响信号传导途径、调控癌基因和抑癌基因表达、作用于细胞因子等方面分析了其主要作用机制. Metastasis is the leading cause of mortality in gastric cancer patients.MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are short non-coding RNA molecules that functioned as the post-transcriptional regulators when binding the complementary sequences on target mRNAs to mediate translational repression or target degradation and gene silencing.Many studies have shown that miRNAs play an important role in the process of metastasis of gastric cancer.We summarized recent progress of miRNA studies that could inhibit or promote the metastasis of gastric cancer.The metastasis inhibitory miRNAs include miR-218,miR-126,miR-101,let-7,miR-29,miR-200c,and miR-451;the metastasis promoting miRNAs include miR-199a,miR-196a,miR-21,and miR-650.These discovered miRNAs influenced the gastric cancer metastasis by affecting signaling pathways,oncogene/tumor suppressor gene expression regulations,and production of cytokines.
