摘要
世界种业巨头崛起的背景是西方发达国家允许私人参与育种,并对育种知识产权进行严密保护。在这样的前提条件下,种业巨头无一例外地在先进现代企业制度的框架内,进行全球性市场经济活动。文章以世界排名前三的种子公司孟山都、杜邦-先锋与先正达为研究对象,分析其成长历程,得出全球现代种业发展路径的演进轨迹,并总结现代种业演进对中国的经验启示。
The background of the rise of the world＇s top seed companies was that the western countries allowed private participation in breeding and protected the intellectual property of breeding strictly. Under such preconditions, the seed industry gianted without exception entered the global market economy within the framework of advanced modern enterprise system. This paper took the world＇s top three seed companies,Monsanto, DuPont-Pioneer and Syngenta as the research objects, with observing their growth processes and the global modem seed industry evolution path, in order to summarize the enlightenment of the evolution of modem seed industry.
