摘要
在经济全球化不断发展的大背景下,跨国公司更加重视技术战略的制定和运用。作为保持和加强在华技术领域垄断优势的重要手段,专利战略已经成为跨国公司技术战略的核心,日益受到跨国公司的重视。通过分析当前跨国公司在华专利战略的变化,这种变化对我国企业影响,对跨国公司在华专利战略的最新走向进行研究,并提出相应的策略及政策建议。
Under the environment of developing economic globalization, multinational corporations are paying more and more attention to the establishment and application of technological strategy. As animportant device of keeping and strengthening monopoly advantages in technology field in China, patent strategy has become the core of multinational corporations＇ science and technological strategies in China, getting much attention of multinational corporations increasingly. The paper aims for that through analyzing the changes of multinational corporations＇ patent strategy in China, the effect on Chinese enterprises from the changes,make a research on current trend of multinational corporations＇ patent strategy in China, and put forward corresponding measures and policy suggestions.
