摘要
组织社会资本是来源于个体互动并反映组织层面社会关系的特殊资源。基于相关文献和多层次理论的研究范式,明确了不同层面社会资本的内涵和特征,解析了组织内部的个体互动及其复杂嵌入的社会网络,阐释了个体互动到组织社会资本的衍生过程、衍生模式和组织环境的影响机制,建构了反映组织社会资本跨层次衍生的过程模型,从而拓宽了组织社会资本研究的视角,奠定了跨层次研究的理论基础,弥补了前因研究的不足并为管理实践提供指导。
Organizational social capital which comes from the individual interaction is the special resource that reflects the social relations at the organization level. Based on the paradigm of multi- level theory and relative social capital research, the paper clears the definition of the social capital from different levels, expatiates the cross-level embedding and the diversity of the individual interaction and network, analyzes the derivative mechanism and derivative mode of the low-level individual interaction to high-level organizational social capital from different dimension, and the influencing mechanism of the organizational circumstance on the process. At last, the paper constructs the cross-level derivation model which reflects the multi-level process. And thus, expands the research perspective of the organizational social capital, establishes the theoretical foundation for future cross-level study, makes up the shortage of the antecedents research, and directs the management practice.
