摘要 个体知识分享行为的产生,取决于个体是否有分享知识的意愿或动机。计划行为理论对影响个体意愿产生的因素进行了详尽的阐释。组织社会资本的不同维度,通过影响个体知识分享的态度、主观规范及知觉行为控制,影响知识分享意愿及行为的产生。 Whether one would share his knowledge depends on the intent or motivation of knowledge sharing. The theory of planned behavior elaborately explains the factors which affect the sharing intent. The different elements of organizational social capital influence individual's intent of knowledge sharing by influencing the attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavior control.
