摘要
目的分析北京市零售药店执业药师需求缺口,提出改进建议。方法选取2013年北京市零售药店执业药师注册数据,采用Excel软件处理数据,分析对执业药师需求的当前缺口及目标缺口。结果及结论按现行政策,当前执业药师数量上可以基本满足零售药店的需求。但按照《国家药品安全"十二五"规划》的要求,则存在执业药师需求缺口。建议通过提高执业药师地位、建立零售药店分级分类模式、推广责任药师制度等措施缓解需求缺口。
Obj ective This paper aims to conduct gap analysis on the amount of pharmacists needed in retail pharmacies located in Beij ing,and put forward proposals for improvement.Methods The gaps concerning both current status and future target were analyzed with data,processed in Microsoft Excel,of licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacy in Beijing in 2013.Results and conclusion under current policy,the number of licensed pharmacists can basically meet the needs of retail pharmacies.But in accordance with the national drug safety＆quot;twelfth five-year＆quot;plan＆quot;,the gap on licensed pharmacist demand exists.The paper put forwarded some proposals to narrow gap in terms of improving the social status of licensed pharmacists,establishing retail pharmacies classification mode,and promoting accountable pharmacist system and other measures.
