摘要
随着我国医药经济的发展和药品市场的繁荣,加强药品流通环节监督管理势在必行。《药品流通监督管理办法》是整顿和规范药品流通秩序的重要法律依据,笔者结合自身工作实践,对该《办法》个别条款提出了意见和建议。
As China＇s economic development and pharmaceutical drug market prosperity, strengthening supervision and management of circulation of drugs is imperative. ＂ Drugs Circulation Supervision and Management Method＂, which is important legal basis rectifying and standardizing the order of the circulation of pharmaceuticals, the authors combined their work practice, the ＂ measures＂ by individual jump of valuable comments and suggestions.
