摘要
从林下经济发展的思想渊源和内涵出发,分析了广东山区发展林下经济的困境,然后对林下经济的效益、广东山区发展林下经济的有利条件和发展路径进行研究和探索。研究结果表明:发展林下经济是实现广东山区经济绿色增长,区域协调发展的重要出路,但由于地形、市场、管理、技术等原因,广东山区林下经济仍未得到大力发展;走适合广东山区的林下经济发展路径,要以生态保护为前提,目的是实现生态、经济和社会效益的最大化;广东山区发展林下经济有着天生自然和资源优势、发展模式和市场需求转变的经济拉力、政策鼓励等有利条件。最后,从发展模式、产业布局和发展方向三个方面探索了广东山区林下经济的发展路径。
In recent years,under-forest economy as a new economic form to crack the three agricultural issues and increase the income of the farmers,is highly valued all over the country. However,for a variety of reasons,such as complex terrain,divisions of the management functions of government departments,retardation of market information,and insufficient investment in science and technology,under-forest economy in the mountain areas in Guangdong Province is still not being vigorously developed. This article is proceed from ideology resource and connotation of under-forest economy,and continues to consider the dilemma,superiorities and the ways of developing. The result shows that the development of under-forest economy is an important path to reach the realization of economic green growth in Guangdong mountain areas. The study indicates that,in order to seek a suitable under-forest economic development path for Guangdong mountain areas,we should put the environmental protection in the first place and achieve ecological,economic and social benefit maximization. Its power comes from endogenous potential in natural conditions and resource advantage,economic tension in the transformation of development patterns and market demands,and the encouraging thrust in government policy. This paper attempts to explore a development path of under-forest economy in Guangdong mountain areas from development patterns,Industrial distribution and development direction.
