摘要
作者对机械工业系统情报队伍的年龄、学历、职称、知识各结构进行了具体分析，并针对存在的问题阐述了未来的培养规格与途径，提出了各类情报人员业务知识结构模块。文章还对机械工业系统情报队伍人才需求进行了预测，提出了加强队伍建设的几点意见。
The authors make a specific analysis oi various structures like age, schooling record,title and knowledge. They give an exposition of future training norms and the approach directed to existing problems, and then put forward the structural mould block of professional knowledge for various information personnel. The paper also makes a prediction of the demands for talented people in the information contingent of the engineering industry system, and some views on enhancing the building up of the above contingent are proposed.
