摘要
泥饼质量对钻井复杂工艺的影响较大,而不同粒径的重金石颗粒相互填充堆积效果不同,密堆积程度迥异,泥饼质量差异甚大。通过研究单一类重晶石和复配重晶石对泥饼质量的影响,发现单一类重晶石的粒径集中程度远高于复配重晶石,泥饼质量远差于复配重晶石。不同的复配方式中大、小颗粒间的作用方式不同,泥饼质量也将产生较大的差异。实验发现采用0.89μm重晶石与250目—325目重晶石进行复配时,泥饼质量最好,采用其他复配方式得到的泥饼质量相对较差,但都远优于单一类重晶石。
The mud cake quality has a great influence on the complex technology problems in the process of drill-ing, but different particle size of barite has different effect on accumulation and stacking density and quality of mudcake. It is found that the particle size of non - hybrid barite is far more concentrated than compound barite, bystudying on the effect of compound barite and non - hybrid of barite on mud cake. When mixed mode is different ,the role of large and small panicles are different, as a result quality of mud cake have bigger difference. By experi-ment it is found that quality of mud cake is the best when 250 meshes to 325 meshes barite collocates with 0.89 I^mbarite. While the quality of mud cake is worse than it. But, in general, quality of mud cake coming from com-pound barite is far better than non - hybrid barite. Therefore, to get drilling fluid of which the quality of mud cakeis very good, the barite in different particle sizes should be reasonable distribution.
