摘要
针对页岩渗透率低,常规钻井液封堵性差、抑制性及油气层保护能力弱等问题,钻井液界学者提出利用纳米材料物理堵塞、表面吸附有效封堵页岩孔隙,以提高钻井液的井壁稳定性和储层保护能力。文章就国内外纳米材料用于钻井液中的实验研究和现场应用情况进行了总结,对目前研发的钻井液用纳米材料进行了分类分析,探讨了应用纳米材料的可能性与优势,重点介绍了MMH正电胶、纳米膨润土复合物、有机/无机纳米复合材料、纳米聚合物、纳米乳液等纳米材料在钻井液中的应用研究进展,提出了钻井液中应用纳米材料存在的问题及发展方向。
As permeability of shale is low,blocking effect,inhibition performance and reservoir protection capacity of conventional drilling fluid are weak,the use of nano-materials that can block shale porosity effectively by physical blockage and surface adsorption were proposed to improve borehole wall stability and reservoir protection capacity of drilling fluid.The experimental researches and field applications of drilling fluid nano-materials were summarized at home and abroad,the drilling fluid nano-materials current researched were analyzed through the classification,the possibility and advantages of the applying nano-materials were discussed.And the application of MMH,nano-bentonite compound,organic/inorganic nano-composites,nano-polymers and nano-emulsion in drilling fluid were introduced,finally,the existent problems and development direction of nano-materials used in drilling fluid have been pointed out.
