摘要
为合理设计装船机金属结构,利用MSC Nastran/Patran对其进行有限元分析.探讨对包含轴承、滑轮等部件的复杂金属结构模型的简化技巧,在MSC Patran平台上建立装船机整体模型.利用MSC Nastran进行强度和刚度分析计算,并利用其结果调整设计方案.通过装船机结构计算结果与设计方案的互动,在满足规范要求的基础上,合理布局并选择型材,减轻整机重量,提升总体设计水平.
To design the metal structure of ship-loader rationally, finite element analysis is done on it using MSC Nastran/Patran. The technique to simplify complicated metal structure included bearing, chain wheel, and so on is discussed. The whole model of entire structure is built on MSC Patran plat- form. The intensity and stiffness are analyzed and calculated by MSC Nastran. And the results are used to adjust design scheme. By the interaction of the calculated results and design scheme, the profiled bar is selected rationally and its layout is optimized, the total mass is reduced, and the design level is improved based on the requirements of related specifications.
