摘要
目的：探讨社区脑卒中患者配偶积极照顾感受与生活满意度的关系。方法2013年1-5月采用便利抽样法抽取郑州市某两个社区的脑卒中患者及其配偶共100对。采用一般情况问卷、照顾者负担量表（ CBI）、照顾者积极感受量表（ PAC）、生活满意度量表（ SWLS）调查脑卒中患者配偶的积极照顾感受、照顾负担及生活满意度情况。结果本调查共发放问卷100份，收回有效问卷96份，有效率为96%。96例社区脑卒中患者配偶照顾负担得分34-68分，平均（52.0±6.7）分；积极照顾感受得分9-41分，平均（24.4±6.0）分；生活满意度得分4-18分，平均（10.6±3.4）分。Pearson相关性分析显示，照顾负担与生活满意度呈负相关（r=-0.591，P〈0.05）；积极照顾感受与生活满意度呈正相关（r=0.506，P〈0.05）。照顾负担低分组中，积极照顾感受高分组和积极照顾感受低分组的生活满意度得分比较，差异无统计学意义（ P〉0.05）；而照顾负担高分组中，积极照顾感受高分组的生活满意度得分高于积极照顾感受低分组（P〈0.05）。多重线性回归分析显示，照顾负担、积极照顾感受得分及照顾负担与积极照顾感受得分的乘积是生活满意度的独立影响因素（ P〈0.05）。结论社区脑卒中患者配偶的照顾负担与积极照顾感受同时存在，积极照顾感受与生活满意度呈正相关，能够缓解照顾负担对生活满意度的影响。
Objective To investigate the relationship between spousesˊ positive experience of stroke patients in com-munity and life satisfaction. Methods 100 pairs of stroke patients and their spouses in two communities in zhengzhou were se-lected from 2013 January to May using convenience sampling method. Investigated positive feelings,spouses of patients with stroke and burden of the investigation of life satisfaction by general information questionnaire（ GIq）,caregiver burden inventory （ CBI）,positive aspects of caregiver（ PAC）,satisfaction with life scale（ SWLS）. ResUlts 100 questionnaires were distribu-ted,and totally 96 questionnaires were collected back,with the efficacy of 96%. The score of caregiver burden was 34-68 and the mean score was（ 52. 0 ± 6. 7 ）;the score of the spousesˊ positive experience was 9 -41 and the mean score was （ 24. 4 ± 6. 0）;the score of life satisfaction was 4-18 and the mean score was（10. 6 ± 3. 4）. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the score of the spousesˊlife satisfaction was negatively correlated with burden（r= -0. 591,P〈0. 05）,positively correlated with positive experience（r=0. 506,P〈0. 05）. In the low burden group,there was no significance about the score of life sat-isfaction between the high score of positive care experience group and the low score of positive care experience group（P〉0. 05）;but in the high burden group,the score of life satisfaction in the high score of positive care experience group was higher than the low score of positive care experience group（P〈0. 05）. Multiple linear regression showed that burden,positive experience and their product were influential important factors for spousesˊ positive experience （ P〈0. 05 ）. ConclUsion Burden and positive experience are both existed together in the spouses of stroke patients in community,positive experience is positively correlated with life satisfaction,which can mediate the impact of burden on life satisfaction.
