摘要
依据ESI及WoS数据库中的数据,以物理学、计算机科学两个学科领域为代表,将高被引论文作者的论文产出、所属机构、机构间流动、国家间流动及学科变动等职业生涯轨迹标识作为测度指标,探索国际科技人才在成长过程中所呈现的特征及演变规律,为国家制定人才政策、促进人才成长提供决策参考。
Based on data from ESI and WoS, this paper aims to investigate the traits and developing patterns of international sci-tech talents in their career growth by exploring the research productivity along with their professional titles, the talent flow between organizations and countries, as well as the change of disciplines of the authors of highly cited papers in physics and computer science. The results of this research are supposed to provide reference for relevant policy-making about talents developing.
