摘要
目的:探讨社区护理干预对围绝经期妇女焦虑、抑郁情绪和生活质量的影响。方法:将146例围绝经期存在不同程度焦虑和抑郁情绪的妇女随机分为对照组(n=73)和观察组(n=73),对照组给予常规护理和指导,观察组实施社区护理干预,6个月后评价两组的焦虑、抑郁情绪和生存质量状况。结果:观察组护理干预后SAS和SDS评分为38.27±5.81和46.14±6.27,明显低于对照组的51.91±6.36和56.56±8.34(均P<0.05)。观察组护理干预后生理机能、心理、独立性、社会关系和环境关系的评分为36.31±5.24、9.42±2.58、9.73±2.78、17.01±4.31和14.15±1.84,均明显高于对照组的30.52±4.64、7.26±2.13、8.31±2.28、15.41±4.01和12.74±2.17(均P<0.05)。结论:对围绝经期妇女实施社区护理干预,能有效消除焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高生活质量。
Objective：To investigate the effects on anxiety,depression and quality of life for perimenopausal women with community nursing intervention. Methods：146 perimenopausal women with different degrees of anxiety and depression were randomly divided into control group（n = 73） and observation group（n = 73）. Control group was given routine nursing and guidance,while observation group was given community nursing intervention.Anxiety,depression and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated after six months. Conclusion： Community nursing intervention can effectively eliminate the anxiety and depression of perimenopausal women,improve the quality of life.
