摘要
目的了解农村妇女的生殖健康状况,提高农村妇女的健康水平和自我保健意识。方法2004年3月至2006年3月,每年一次对浙西山区清凉峰镇已婚妇女作生殖健康普查,同时给予对症治疗、护理及开展生殖健康教育。结果参加普查人数逐年增加,受检人群发病率逐年降低。结论定期对农村妇女进行疾病普查、普治及生殖健康教育,可提高妇女的生殖健康状况及自我保健意识。
Objective To explore the situation of reproductive health of rural women and improve their health level and self health care consciousness. Methods Investigate married women of Qingliang Mountain Town in hill country in west Zhejiang province on reproductive health once a year from May 2004 to May 2006. Meanwhile give them treatment, nursing care and reproductive health education. Results The number of investigated women is increasing, while the incidence of disease is decreas- ing. Conclusions：Disease screen, regular treatment and education on reproductive health can improve rural women＇s reproductive health condition and selfcare consciousness.
