摘要
改革开放以来,中国经济增长迅速,不可避免的带来了碳排放增加、温室效应以及气候变暖等问题。论文在分析森林碳汇经济建设的必要性以及当下森林碳汇经济发展中存在的问题的基础上,从完善森林的经营管理以及保护制度,建立碳贸易市场,加强宣传教育等方面进行研究,从而促进森林碳汇经济的发展,增加固碳减少CO2的排放,减缓气候变化。
Since China＇s reform and opening up, the rapid development of Chinese economic inevitably bring about carbon emissions increase, the problem such as the greenhouse effect and the climate warming. Paper based on the analysis of the necessity of economic development for forest carbon sinks and the current situation of forest carbon sinks in the economic development. The project carry on research from perfecting the forest management and protection system, setting up carbon trade market, strengthening the propaganda and education, etc, so as to promote the economic development of the forest carbon sink, increase the carbon to reduce CO2 emissions and slow climate change.
