摘要
自然保护区的资源保护应在保护的前提下进行合理开发与利用,才能符合保护的要求和经济发展的需要。本研究在保护区资源保护和周边社区经济发展进行实地调研的基础上,综述了国内学者多年来的研究成果,首先分析了中国自然保护区与周边社区发展的研究现状,进而分析了中国自然保护区自然资源保护与社区管理中存在的普遍问题,最后综述了国外自然保护区与社区协调发展的经验,认为中国未来自然资源保护与社区协调发展的方向是:(1)开展保护区和社区的共同管理;(2)完善保护区管理政策;(3)公平分享所得利益;(4)建立健全生态效益补偿机制。
To meet the requirements of economic development and protection,the protection of the natural resource conservation should on the premise of reasonable exploitation and utilization.This paper researched on the basis of investigation between reserve resources protection and circumjacent community economic development,summarized the domestic scholar＇s research achievements in China,firstly analyzed the present situation of nature reserve and the circumjacent community development,then analyzed the common problems of Chinese nature reserves of natural resources protection and community management.Lastly reviewed the Nature Reserve and the coordinated development of community that China＇s future experiences,natural resources protection and community of harmonious development direction are：（1）develop the common management and community,（2）improve Nature Reserve,management policy,（3）share benefits fairly,（4）establish and perfect the mechanism of ecological compensation.
