中西结合治疗Mikulicz病1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女性,49岁,因“双眼泪腺不明原因肿大伴颈部反复肿胀不适13个月”于2013年3月30日就诊于北京武警总院眼科泪器病中心.患者2012年2月出现双眼上睑不明原因肿大并伴左侧腮腺肿大,曾就诊于当地医院,当时眼眶CT提示泪腺肿大并伴左侧腮腺肿大,给予头孢类抗生素口服10d,后腮腺肿胀减轻,泪腺肿大无变化.患者发病以来无眼胀眼痛,无视力下降,无口干及鼻咽部干燥.
