The characteristics of the anchor Locking-nuts with twolug cold-forging technology was introduced in detail. The technological analysis was conducted, the cold-forging technology was formulated, and the blank dimension was calculated for the anchor locking-nuts with twolug. The preparation treatment of the blank, the structure design of the cold-forging die and the manufacturing technical requirements were generated basing on practice experience.
