摘要
目的：探讨在小儿肺炎的临床护理中实施床边护理工作制的临床效果。方法：将86例肺炎患儿随机分为对照组和观察组2组，每组43例，对照组患儿采用常规护理，观察组患儿落实床边护理工作制，对2组护理的效果进行比较。结果：观察组护理人员的护理效果明显优于对照组，且患儿的临床症状改善时间明显短于对照组，治疗依从性和家长护理满意度明显高于对照组，2组间差异均具有统计学意义（p＜0．05）。结论：在小儿肺炎的临床护理中实施床边护理工作制，有利于提高护理的针对性，改善护患关系，提高护理质量，值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the clinical effects of bedside nursing system in the pediatric pneumonia .Methods：86 pediatric pneumonia patients were selected and divided into two groups .In control group , patients were nursed by usual care .In observation group , patients were cared by bedside nursing system .The effects of the two groups were compared .Results：The nursing efficacy of nurses in ob-servation group was all better than control group .The clinical symptoms improving time of observation group was shorter than control group.The treatment compliance and satisfaction were also better than control group （p〈0.05）.Conclusion：Bedside nursing system in pediatric pneumonia nursing could improve the pertinence of nursing and the relationship between nurses and patients and enhance quality of care.It should be worth for generalization .
