摘要
目的:探讨预见性护理在老年重症肺炎中的应用价值。方法:选取本院2012年1月-2013年1月收治的98例老年重症肺炎患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为护理组和常规组各49例,常规组给予常规护理,护理组在此基础上给予预见性护理,观察比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、并发症发生率和护理总满意度。结果:护理组的治疗总有效率为100%,明显高于常规组的85.71%,并发症发生率为8.16%,明显低于常规组的22.45%,护理总满意度为95.92%,明显高于常规组的75.51%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理的基础上给予老年重症肺炎预见性护理可有效地提高治疗效果,减少并发症发生,同时还有助于提高患者的护理满意度,有利于改善护患关系,临床效果显著,值得推广和应用。
Objective：To evaluate the application value of the predictive nursing care in elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Method：98 elderly patients with severe pneumonia from January 2012 to January 2013 in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into the nursing group and the conventional group,49 cases in each group.The conventional group was given conventional routine care and the nursing group was given predictive nursing care on the basis of the conventional group.The total efficiency,the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The total efficiency of the nursing group was 100%,it was higher than that of the routine group（85.71%）,the incidence of complications was 8.16%,it was lower than that of the conventional group（22.45%）, the total nursing satisfaction was 95.92%,it was significantly higher than that of the conventional group（75.51%）,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For elderly patients with severe pneumonia and predictive nursing care can effectively improve the effect of the treatment on the basis of routine care,reduce the occurrence of complications.And it is good for improving nursing satisfaction of patients,improving the relationship between nurses and patients.The clinical efficacy is significant,worthy of promotion and application.
