16排螺旋CT低剂量扫描在新生儿颅脑中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨16排螺旋CT低剂量扫描在新生儿颅脑中的应用效果。方法:对常规剂量组和低剂量组新生儿头颅CT扫描图像质量进行对比分析。结果:低剂量扫描导致图像噪声的增加,图像质量的下降,但两种不同扫描剂量的诊断结果完全相同,差异无统计学意义。结论:在新生儿头颅CT检查中采用低剂量扫描是可行的,也是必要的,即可降低对患儿的辐射剂量,图像质量又不影响临床诊断,值得临床推广使用。
