摘要
温度控制精度是电热毯设计和制造中的关键技术参数。为了解决常规电热毯难以对温度进行实时的智能控制的技术缺陷,采用DS18B20温度采集和继电器控制温度加热的技术手段,结合按键电路、显示电路以及其他辅助电路,实现了电热毯工作温度的实时智能控制。通过单片机输出量控制继电器对温度的闭环控制,发展出了一种新型的智能温控电热毯的技术,增强了温度控制的实时性,提高了电热毯的安全性和节能性。
Temperature control is the key problem in the design and manufacture of electric blankets. Currently, in order to solve technology defects in the existing electric blanket to control temperature intelligently, this paper used technical means of DS18B20 temperature acquisition and relay control temperature heating ,combination of key circuit, display circuit as well as other auxiliary circuit, the system achieved electric blanket working temperature real-time intelligent control. The output controlled relay for the temperature closed loop control by single-chip microcomputer, and developed a new type of intelligent temperature control technology of electric blanket, which can enhance real-time temperature control, improve the security and energy conservation of electric blanket.
