摘要
本文设计了一款基于比例、积分和微分(Proportion Integral Differential,PID)算法的智能电加热手套控制系统。以手机APP和单片机作为加热手套的控制单元,通信方式采用WiFi模块,编写了能够控制和采集手套内部温度的智能控制软件,智能加热模块主要包含电加热器件、智能控温模块、PID控温算法及温度传感器,可以通过手机APP程序或手套挡位按键设定智能控温模式。旨在提高人们在户外手部的保暖性,从而提高人们的生活质量水平。
This paper designs an intelligent electric heating glove control system based on PID Algorithm. The mobile phone APP and mcu are used as the control unit of the heating glove. WiFi is used for communication.The intelligent control software control and collect the internal temperature of gloves. The intelligent heating module mainly includes electric heating device, intelligent temperature control module, PID temperature control algorithm and temperature sensor. The intelligent temperature control mode can be set via the mobile APP or the glove shift button, aiming to improve people’s quality of life by keeping their hands warm in the cold weather.
