摘要 使用微波加热法研究了水解聚马来酸酐(HPMA)与聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)合成助磨剂的效果,试验了加热时间和原料配比对合成助磨剂效果的影响,助磨剂掺量对助磨效果和水泥胶砂性能的影响。结果表明,微波加热法可以在20 min内使反应充分进行,HPMA与MPEG质量比为2∶1时助磨效果最佳。所合成助磨剂的掺量为粉磨物料量的0.1%时,助磨效率高,继续增加掺量助磨效率提高不明显。助磨剂可以提高水泥砂浆流动度,而且对早期胶砂强度提高明显,对后期强度也有提高,但效果不明显。 A kind of grinding aid which used hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride (HPMA) and polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether(MPEG) as major raw materials was synthesized by microwave irradiation, the effects of time and raw materials ratio on the synthetic grinding aid, and the effects of grinding aid content on particle size parameters and cement mortar properties were investigated. The results show that microwave irradiation can accelerate the reaction which can achieve balance in 20 min, the best mass ratio of HPMA and MPEG is 2: 1. When grinding aid content is 0. lwt% of total grinding materials, the grinding efficiency is high. However, when grinding aid content increases, the grinding improved significantly. The synthesized grinding aid can improve the fluidity of cement significantly improve the early mortar strength. efficiency is not mortar and also
