摘要
通过测定MA-AA对陶瓷瘠性原料(石英)以及含粘土的陶瓷塑性原料的助磨作用,以及MA-AA对陶瓷塑性原料泥浆 的粘度和ζ-电位的影响规律,并结合试样的红外光谱分析结果,研究了MA-AA对陶瓷原料的助磨机理。结果表明: MA-AA对陶瓷原料的助磨作用是由于其同时具有降低颗粒表面硬度和调节泥浆流变性两种作用。
The grinding-aid mechanism of MA-AA as grind additive was investigated by studying the influences of MA-AA on the grinding of quartz and clay contained materials,and on the fluidity and ζ-potential of the slip with the aid the IR analysis. The results showed that the surface energy of the ceramic materials could be reduced by the adsorption of MA-AA on the materials surfaces.which results in the obvious improving of grinding efficiency.At the same time,MA-AA could increase the fluidity of the clay contained materials slip to some extent,which also lead to the improving of the grinding efficiency.
