摘要
随着城市污水处理厂的普及,污水处理厂的污泥处理逐步成为污水处理的负担.寻求更为简洁、低成本、无二次污染的污泥处理方法变得越为重要.针对大连市某污水处理厂的污泥进行了部分催化湿式氧化处理,建立了一种具有处理方法简单、运行成本低、占地面积小等特点的处理工艺.本方法利用高温(200℃)、高压(1.6MPa)的条件下,破坏细胞核,使其脱水.在催化湿式氧化的条件下,分解有机大分子,提高处理水的可生化性.同时,排水过程中,携带重金属,降低污泥的重金属含量.本文确定了最佳工艺路线,探究了反应温度、反应时间对污泥处理效果的影响.处理后污泥达到了脱水减量、灭菌无害、无味无二次污染,并可再利用的要求.
With the popularity of urban sewage treatment plants, sludge of sewage treatment plants becomes a burden on environment gradually. Seeking a treatment method with more concise, low- cost,no secondary pollution becomes more important. In this paper, we treated the city sludge of a sewage treatment plant by using part of catalytic wet air oxidation process in Dalian,and established a kind of processing method which is simple, low running cost, floor area small, etc. The method utilizes a high temperature (200 ℃) ,high pressure (1.6 MPa) conditions to destroy the nucleus,dehydrated. Under the conditions of part of catalytic wet air oxidation,organic macromolecules have been decomposed to improve the biodegradability of sludge. Meanwhile, it can carry heavy metals with the drainage process, which reduced the heavy metal content of the sludge. The optimum reaction conditions were determined, and we explored the effect of reaction temperature, reaction time on the sludge treatment. After treatment, dewatering reductions of sludge has achieved, also the sludge has been sterilization harmless, tasteless and no secondary pollution, and recycling requirements.
