摘要
在KSCN和聚乙二醇2000的存在下,利用Zn(Ⅱ)与罗丹明B(RhB)的显色反应,对城市污泥中微量锌进行了测定。结果表明,在0.84mol/L HCl介质中,锌与罗丹明B发生高灵敏的显色反应,生成Zn2+-SCN--RhB缔合物的最大吸收波长在600nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.6×106 L.mol-1.cm-1;锌(Ⅱ)含量在0~0.060mg/L范围内符合比耳定律,方法的检出限为0.04μg/L。将本文方法应用于城市污泥中痕量锌的测定,结果与双硫腙光度法一致,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.3%。
In presence of KSCN and polyethylene glycol-2000,the trace zinc in municipal sludge was determined based on the coloring reaction between Zn(Ⅱ) and rhodamine B(RhB).The results showed that,the coloring reaction between Zn(Ⅱ) and RhB was highly sensitive in the medium of 0.84 mol/L HCl.The formed complex Zn2+-SCN-RhB had maximum absorption wavelength at 600 nm.The apparent molar absorptivity was 1.6×106 L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer's law was obeyed for the content of Zn(Ⅱ) in range of 0-0.060 mg/L.The detection limit of method was 0.04 μg/L.The proposed method was applied to the determination of trace zinc in municipal sludge,and the results were consistent with those obtained by dithizone photometry.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6) was 0.3 %.
