摘要 目的:探讨计算机辅助手术导航系统在单侧颧眶复合体骨折治疗中的应用及效果评价。方法:应用计算机辅助导航系统对15例单侧复杂颧眶骨折的患者进行术前设计及模拟、术中实时导航定位,术后评价其治疗效果。结果:计算机辅助导航系统在重建颧眶形态和实现双侧颧面部对称性方面具有明显优越性,骨折复位整体偏差小于1mm。结论:计算机辅助导航系统对单侧颧眶复合体骨折术中复位有明确的指导意义,对于颧眶复合体骨折复位的整体评价更为客观真实。 Objective: To investigate and evaluate the application of computer aided navigation system in the treatment of unilateral orbitozygomatic complex fractures. Methods: Preoperative design and simulation, intraoperative real time navigation and postoperative evaluation were applied in the management of 15 cases of orbitozygomatic complex fracture using computer assisted navigation system. Results: Computer aided navigation system had obvious superiority of the reconstruction of orbitozygomatic contour and facial symmetry, with a total reduction deviation less than lmm. Conclusion: Computer assisted navigation system plays a direct role in guiding the reduction of unilateral orbitozygomatic complex fractures. A more objective overall evaluation of intraoperative reduction of orbitozygomatic complex fracture could be reached.
