摘要 总结术中导航技术的发展历史、基本组成、工作原理和精度影响因素,重点讨论了近年来术中导航技术在颅颌面外科的应用现状,包括神经外科、口腔颌面外科、耳鼻咽喉科、放疗科等。结果显示术中导航将使手术更加个性化,精度更高,更加微创,因而有着良好的应用前景。 This review is focused on the essential elements, fundamental principles and accuracy of surgical navigation system, especially its usefulness in craniomaxillofacial surgery including neurosurgery, oral and maxillofacial surgery, otorhinolaryngology and radiotherapy. Assisted with surgical navigation system, the procedures will be more individualized, more accurate and minimal invasive.
