摘要
采用4年生中部毛竹,对其进行160℃、180℃、200℃热处理2 h。定性观察高温热处理后毛竹颜色的直观变化,借助化学成分分析和红外光谱分析方法,研究高温热处理竹材的诱发变色机理。结果表明:高温热处理后,竹材木质素含量上升,增加了20.89%。木质素中发色基团增多,助色基团也发生了变化,从而导致了热处理竹材的诱发变色。特征官能团甲氧基峰值发生蓝移,波长减小,使得竹片外观颜色变深。
The induced discoloration mechanism of high temperature heat-treated bamboo was studied using the methods of chemical component analysis and FTIR. The middle sections of the 4-year-old bamboo poles were heat-treaded for 2 h under 160℃ , 180℃ ,200℃ respectively in dry oven. The results showed that the content of lignin increased by 20.89% after heat treatment. Number of ehromophoric group raised and auxoehrome group had changed. The peak of methoxy group, which is a characteristic functional group of lignin, appeared blue shift. The wavelength of visible light decreased. As a result, bamboo chips turned darker.
