摘要
在内嵌筋材加固混凝土试件中,良好的粘结质量是保证加固效果的关键.通过对13根内嵌碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)筋的拔出试验,研究了内嵌加固的粘结剪应力、破坏模式、试验现象,分析了混凝土强度、开槽尺寸对粘结性能的影响.结果表明,粘结试件达到破坏荷载时,剪应力的最大值出现在距加载端100 ~ 200mm的范围内;当发生结构胶与混凝土界面破坏时,随着混凝土强度的增加,粘结强度增大;开槽尺寸对破坏模式的影响较大.研究结果为实际工程应用提供依据,具有一定的参考价值.
Perfect bonding is the key to guarantee the strengthening effect for the method of Near-surface mounted (NSM).The pull-out-test of the 13 concrete specimens reinforced by CFRP rods with NSM method was studied to test the bonding shear stress,failure modes and experiment phenomena.The effect of concrete strength and notch-groove size were analyzed.The results showed that the maximum shear stress appeared at the loading end under low loading.And the maximum shear stress would appear at the loading end of 100 ~ 200mm when the load reached the failure load.The bond strength increased with concrete strength if the failure occurred at the interface of the glue and the concrete.The slotting sizes had an important influence on the failure modes.The research provides the basis for the practical engineering.
