预应力筋材内嵌加固法在混凝土梁中的试验研究

Experimental Study on Near Surface Mounted Reinforcement Method of Prestressed Near Helical Rib Steel Wire in Reinforced Concrete Beam

摘要 使用预应力筋材内嵌加固工艺,对10根混凝土梁试件进行了加固后的试验研究。试验证明,预应力筋材内嵌加固法,能够很好地改善混凝土梁试件的整体稳定性,加固后混凝土梁试件的开裂荷载值、屈服荷载值和极限荷载值有显著提高。随加固量及张拉预应力值的不同,加固梁的开裂荷载值提高了72.6%~321.26%,屈服荷载值提高了6.19%~99.09%,极限荷载值提高了46.04%~135.27%。说明预应力筋材内嵌加固法能够有效改善加固梁的延性和安全性能,刚度也有明显提高,对裂缝的产生和发展都有约束作用,同时螺旋肋钢丝的高强性能也得到了充分发挥。 The prestressed near surface mounted helical rib steel wire tension system is adopted, using the process of slotting, reinforcing and tensioning helical rib steel wire, filling glue, and in this paper, an experimental study is conduct-ed on 10 RC beams with prestressed near surface mounted helical rib steel wire. The experimental results indicate that this method could improve the overall performance of the reinforced beams, and first-crack load, flexural load, ultimate load are increased effectively. With the number of helical rib steel wire and prestressed level, first-crack load is increased by 72.6%~321.26%, flexural load is increased by 6.19%-99.09%, ultimate load is increased by 46.04%~135.27%, the ef-fect is obvious. This reinforcing method could effectively improve the ductility, safety performance, the stiffness of rein-forced beam, and the emergence and development of cracks could be constrained, and the high strength of helical rib steel wire has been fully play.
