摘要
目的观察150g正畸力牵引对尖牙远中移动不同受力时间牙髓血液循环和血氧饱和度的影响。方法应用脉搏血氧仪测定48例96颗恒上颌尖牙于正畸治疗前和以150g正畸力牵引治疗1、7、14、21、28d时的牙髓血氧饱和度,观察不同时间点上颌尖牙牙髓血氧饱和度水平差异。结果加力前及加力1、28d时血氧饱和度水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各时间点牙髓血氧饱和度水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);加力1d后上颌尖牙牙髓血氧饱和度开始降低,7d时最低,之后逐渐升高,28d时恢复至加力前水平。结论脉搏血氧测定法可用于观察持续正畸力牵引引起的牙髓血氧饱和度的变化。
Objective To observe the effect of 150 g orthodontic force on the changes of pulpal blood circulation and oxygen saturation of maxillary canines using pulse oximetry.Methods Forty-eight patients(96teeth)were detected SpO2 levels in the dental pulp in 96 canines by using customized sensor of mindray PM-60 pulse oximeter before and on the1 st,7th,14 th,21st and 28 th day after 150 g orthodontic force was applied,and the differences of SpO2 levels at different time points were observed and compared.Results There were significant differences in SpO2 levels between each time point(P〈0.01)except at the time points of before,on the 1st and 28 th day after orthodontic force application(P〉0.05).The SpO2 level decreased on the 1st day and became the lowest on the 7th day after the application of orthodontic force,then increased gradually and on the 28 th day returned to the level before the force was applied.Conclusion Pulse oximetry could detect SpO2 change produced by continuous orthodontic force application.
