摘要
由于大多数LED的发光特性表现为朗伯光源,文中提出一种实现LED均匀照明的透镜设计方法。建立了能产生均匀光斑的自由曲面透镜方程,通过Matlab编程得到数值解,并通过建模软件Pro/E建立了透镜模型,最终采用Tracepro进行模拟验证。实验结果表明,利用此方法给LED进行配光,可使照明目标面获得均匀的照度。
This paper comes up with a method of lens design to realize the LED uniform illumination,since the emission characteristics of the most LED behave as Lambertian source. The proposed method builds an equation of a freeform surface lens which can produce uniform spots,and obtains a numerical solution by using Matlab. Then a lens is modeled through modeling software Pro /E,and verified by Tracepro. The results of lighting simulation and analysis show that the proposed method produces good uniform spots.
