摘要
目的:对某三级医院医疗质量工作进行综合评价,了解其科室医疗质量情况和存在问题,为医院管理提供科学依据。方法:应用TOPSIS法、秩和比(RSR)法对各科室医疗质量情况进行排序和优劣分档;利用指标指数分析法,了解各科室医疗质量管理的薄弱环节。结果:根据排序分档结果,医疗质量较好的为肝胆外科、心脏科、消化科,有待改善的科室包括肾内科、骨科、五官科、泌尿科、胸外科,评价结果与实际情况相一致。结论:本文采用的TOPSIS法、秩和比(RSR)法和指标指数分析法,在医疗质量工作综合评价中应用具有灵活性和广泛性,评价结果为进一步改善医院科室医疗质量,提升服务效率具有一定的导向作用。
Objective The paper aimed to evaluate the medical quality in a tertiary hospital synthetically,thus to know the status and problems of the medical quality in its departments,to provide a scientific basis for the hospital management. Method It ranked each depart-ments by the condition of medical quality control with the help of TOPSIS and RSR methods. It also learned the weak links during the process of medical quality management in each departments by index analysis. Results According to the ranks,medical quality of the de-partment of hepatobiliary surgery,the department of cardiology and the gastroenterology department were better,and the work in nephrology department,orthopedics department,ENT department,urology department,thoracic surgery department needed to be improved. The evalua-tion results were in accordance with the reality. Conclusion The methods,TOPSIS,RSR,and index analysis adopted in this paper,are flexi-ble and universal to be applied in the medical quality assessment. The results in this paper can have certain effects on medical quality and service efficiency improvement.
