摘要
促进医疗资源公平分布是卫生改革的主要目标之一,也是解决"看病难、看病贵"的根本途径。在明确优质医疗资源概念的基础上,对我国医疗资源分布特点进行了宏观分析,并提出了改进建议。
Improving the distribution fairness of high - quality medical resources is not only one of the main objectives of health reform, but also the fundamental way of solving the problem of difficult and expensive of medical care. On the basis of de- limiting the concept of high - quality medieal resources, its distribution characters were analyzed and some strategies were pro- posed for improving its fairness.
