摘要
目的:探讨中药消渴方联合西药治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将88例2型糖尿病患者根据患者入院时间先后顺序随机分为两组,每组44例,分别标记为对照组、实验组。对照组患者接受西药治疗,实验组患者接受中药消渴方联合西药治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:实验组患者治疗有效率为86.36%,对照组患者治疗有效率为61.36%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗前后空腹血糖及2h餐后血糖浓度变化差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗前后空腹血糖及2h餐后血糖浓度变化差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药消渴方联合西药治疗2型糖尿病可以明显提高患者的临床治疗效果,值得推广。
To evaluate the clinical efficacy of TCM plus western medicine on diabetes 2. Methods： 88 patients with diabetes 2 were randomly divided into two groups, 44 cases for each, labeled as the control group, the experimental group. Control group received western medicine, the experimental group received TCM plus western medicine, clinical results were compared. Results： Effective treatment of patients in the experimental group was 86.36%, the effective rate of the control group patients 61.36%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Experimental group before and after treatment in patients with impaired fasting glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose concentration difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;fasting blood glucose 2 hours postprandial blood glucose concentrations were statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM medicine combined western medicine to treat diabetes 2 can significantly improve the clinical treatment of patients, worths promoting.
