中药复方对2型糖尿病大鼠的治疗作用及其机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨中药复方对2型糖尿病大鼠的治疗作用及其机制。方法选用Wistar大鼠90只,雄性,采用高脂饲料喂养大鼠。4周后腹腔注射链脲佐菌素诱导法复制2型糖尿病大鼠模型,模型成功后,随机分为5组,分别为模型组,中药复方高、中、低剂量组,并设正常组及正糖胶囊阳性对照组。模型大鼠连续给药8周,观察各组大鼠血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、糖耐量、肿瘤坏死因子-α及白细胞介素6等指标。结果阳性对照及中药复方各剂量组对2型糖尿病大鼠糖耐量异常有一定的改善作用,并且均能明显降低血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯、糖耐量、肿瘤坏死因子-α及白细胞介素6,与模型组比较,P<0.05或P<0.01。结论中药复方能明显降低2型糖尿病大鼠的血糖、糖化血红蛋白和异常血脂状况,其作用机制可能与降低炎症因子分泌异常有关。 Objective To study the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Compound Chinese Medicine on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) rats to provide the experimental basis for clinical trials.Methods Ninety male Wistar rats were selected,fed by high-fat diet for 4 weeks and intraperitoneally injected by streptozocin(STZ) for inducing and constructing the T2DM rat model.After establishing model,the T2DM rats were randomly divided into the model group,high,middle and low doses of Compound Chinese Medicine groups,blank control group and the Zhengtang Capsule positive control group.The model rats were given medication for continuous 8 weeks.The indexes blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C),TC,TG,glucose tolerance,TNF-αand IL-6 were observed in various groups.Results Abnormal glucose tolerance in the positive control group and the Compound Chinese Medicine groups were improved to some extent,and blood glucose,HbA1C,TC,TG,glucose tolerance,TNF-αand IL-6 were significantly reduced,showing statistical difference compared with the model group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion The various groups of Compound Chinese Medicine extracting solution can obviously reduce blood glucose,HbA1C and abnormal lipid status,its action mechanism may be associated with decreased inflammatory cytokine secretion abnormalities.
