摘要
目的:通过中医辨证中草药论治以气虚不固为主要病机的患者,比较治疗效果,总结心得体会。方法:随机使用中草药辨证论治者共145例,单以中成药玉屏风颗粒治疗者计38例。结论:中草药及中成药组治疗效果均肯定,但前者效果明显优于后者。体会:通过中医辨证论治,而后以玉屏风散加减运用中草药治疗,无论在减轻患者痛苦,还是在改善患者身体机能方面效果肯定,配合生活调养起效更佳。
Based on treating patients with Qixu Bugu in TCM differentiation, to compared treating effects and summary experience. Methods：145 patients were treated in TCM differentiation, which including 38 patients were treated with Yupingfeng San solo. Results： The clinical effects of prescription TCM medicine were better than that of herbal TCM medicine. Conclusion： Based on TCM differentiation, applied in Yupingfeng San and herbal TCM medicine more can relieve pain and improve patients’ body function.
