摘要
目的:通过中医辨证中草药论治与单以西药或配合中成药治疗以咳嗽为主症的患儿,比较治疗效果,总结心得体会。方法:随机使用中草药辩证论治者为治疗组共45例,单以西药或与中成药联合治疗为对照组计20例。结论:治疗组治疗效果近远期均明显优于对照组。体会:通过中医辨证,而后加减运用中草药治疗,无论在减轻患者痛苦,还是在改善患儿身体机能方面效果肯定,配合生活调养起效更佳。
Objective：To treat the children with the main symptoms-cough in TCM,comparing the treatment effects.Methods：The treated group（45） was treated in TCM;the control group（20） was given single western medicine or western medicine plus Chinese patent medicines.Conclusion：The treatment effects were better in the treated group.Experience：TCM medicine was effective in treating children with cough.
