摘要
目的:观察旋复代赭汤加味预防化疗致消化道反应的临床疗效。方法:将51例患者分为治疗组26例,对照组25例,两组均用托烷司琼及地塞米松针预防消化道反应,治疗组加服旋复代赭汤,观察两组患者消化道反应情况。结果:治疗组未发生消化道反应者为76.9%,对照组为68.0%。结论:中西医结合预防化疗消化道反应优于单用西药治疗。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of Xuanfu Daizhe decoction on treating gastrointestinal reactions from chemotherapy. Methods： 51 patients were divided into the treatment of 26 cases and the control of 25 cases, all groups were given tropisetron and dexamethasone injection, while the treatment was given Xuanfu Daizhe decoction more. Results： The total efficacy in the treatment was 76.9%, in another it was 68.0%. Conclusion： The integrative medicine shows better effects than western medicine solo.
