摘要
目的:观察中药熏洗方热敷一号对膝骨关节炎(KOA)早期合并半月板损伤治疗的疗效。方法:将75例KOA早期合并半月板损伤患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用中药熏洗治疗;对照组单纯口服西药塞来昔布胶囊。结果:通过KOOS膝关节损伤和骨关节炎结果评分对治疗前后评估,两组治疗前后均有显著性差异(P<0.05),总有效率治疗组大于对照组。结论:中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎早期合并半月板损伤疗效显著,疗程短,值得临床推广。
To observe the effect of fumigation I on the hot side of knee osteoarthritis （KOA）. Methods：75 cases of early merger KOA meniscus were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was given herbal fumigation; the control group was given medicine celecoxib capsules. Results： Injury and osteoarthritis outcome score assessed before and after treatment by KOOS knee, there was significantly different before and after treatment （P〈0.05）, the total efficiency in the treatment group was better than control group. Conclusion：Herbal fumigation is significant, short course, worthy of promotion.
