摘要
以2,3,5,6-四氯对苯二甲腈为原料,通过氟代、氢化、重氮化、水解四步反应来制备2,3,5,6-四氟对苯二甲醇,含量99.5%,总收率77.8%。反应中所用的溶剂和催化剂均可回收套用,减少了对环境的污染,重氮化和水解反应一锅法完成。该工艺成本低,反应条件温和,操作简单,适合工业化生产。
Using 2,3,5,6-tetrachlorophthalonitrile as raw material, 2,3,5,6- tetrafluoro-1,4-ben-zenedimethanol was synthesized via fluorination, hydrogenation, diazotization and hydrolysis with a purity of 99.5%and total yield of 77.8%. Solvent and catalyst used in the reaction can be recovered to reduce the pol-lution to environment. Diazotization and hydrolysis reaction were completed by one pot process. The process has the merits of low cost, mild reaction condition, simple operation to meet the needs of industrial produc-tion.
